DESCRIPTION:Thursday 18th February\, 9:30-10:30am \nThis training\, commissioned by Public Health Workplaces\, is for those who work as a manager in Bedford Borough\, Central Bedfordshire\, & Milton Keynes only.  \nYou can be a manager of any discipline\, as well as a HR/ people or wellbeing lead. \n  \nBy attending this one hour session\, you will be able to: \n\nIdentify the difference between self-esteem and confidence \n\n\nGain a better understanding of where low self-esteem comes from\, and why can it stay low \n\n\nDevelop skills in building self-esteem and how to use these in supporting others \n\n\nBuild strengths to enable transferable skills in building confidence in self and others. \n\n\nIncrease awareness of Youth employment UK and how they support the younger workforce \n\n  \nTo book\, please click here. Then navigate the calendar to Thursday 18th February and click on the date and then the time.
