DESCRIPTION:Train as a Mental Health First Aider (MHFAider®) and receive three years of certification\, plus access to ongoing benefits. \nThis course is ideal for individuals who would like to become an MHFAider® to gain the knowledge and skills to spot signs of people experiencing poor mental health\, be confident to start a conversation and signpost a person to appropriate support.​ \nAs an MHFAider® you will be able to: \n\nRecognise and support people who may be experiencing poor mental health\nSignpost to sources of professional help and other support\nPractise active listening and empathy\nSpeak confidently about mental health language and stigma\nUnderstand the boundaries and confidentiality of the MHFAider® role\nPractise self-care\n\nThis training is held 9am-5pm over 2 sessions; 23rd and 24th February 2026.
