DESCRIPTION:What will it cover?\nThe aim of this workshop is to provide attendees with an understanding of some of the practical and theoretical tips they can adopt to support themselves and others. \nThe training aims to cover: \n\nHow to have difficult conversations about mental health\nHow to actively listen\nHow to signpost people to support\nThe responsibilities of a mental health supporter\nLooking after your own wellbeing and resilience\n\nThere will be breaks throughout the training course and the tutor will send all of the training content after the course\, including any resources\, references and training slides. \n£50.00 \n\nWhen is it?\n\nMonday 16th November from 1:30 – 4:30pm (in-person at Ware Wellbeing Centre)\n\nFor more information regarding delivering this training externally to a group\, please contact us using the details provided below.
