DESCRIPTION:We believe that mental health should be treated equally to physical health – and just like physical first aid\, Mental Health First Aid training should be kept up to date. \nThe four-hour MHFA Refresher course gives you the chance to: \n\nRenew your skills\nUpdate your knowledge of mental health support\nPractice applying the Mental Health First Aid action plan\nAccess three years of MHFAider® Support and Benefits\n\nLearning takes place through a mix of presentations\, group discussions and workshop activities. \nThis half-day session is for anyone who has previously completed the Qualified MHFAider® course. We recommend that MHFAiders® attend a Refresher course every three years.
