 Many people experience panic attacks at some point in their lives – they are common, and likely linked to a stressful or anxious situation.

Although anyone can have a panic attack, people with anxiety disorders (including agoraphobia and panic disorders) are more prone to them.

In this course we explore the signs and symptoms of panic attacks, as well as some techniques you can use to help yourself and others.
