  • How we feel about ourselves and our life
  • How we see ourselves and our future
  • How stress affects us
  • How we deal with negative things that happen in our life
  • Our self-esteem or confidence

We all have mental health and mental illness may be a part of that

The inportance of taking a minute

It only takes a minute to complete this questionnaire, but the questions and the answers you give can form quite a succinct evaluation of how you're feeling at the moment and offers help if you feel you need to look into your mental health further.

This is a very quick and good queastionnaire which can evaluate current state of mental health of any individuals. Questions were very easy to understand. It took me about 3min to answer all Q. Now I know where I am in terms of my own wellbeing.
