 Research suggests spending two hours a week in nature is enough to significantly improve your mental health. This course is designed to explain what Ecotherapy is, and help you to improve your own wellbeing by planning your weekly dose of nature.

This course is based on the Ecotherapy Workbook from The Wellness Society – a tool to help you improve your mental wellbeing by connecting with nature.

The activities to connect with nature are plenty

The course is practical and easy to follow. I enjoyed learning new knowledge about camping, arts and crafts, Stargazing, Awewalk, etc.

Great resources to help people enjoy the outdoors!

Really enjoyed learning about the benefits of spending time in nature and the course is packed with enjoyable (and many cost free) ideas to promote a stronger and lasting relationship with the natural world!
