useful information

a lot of useful information and apps and self help, a few apps / links where dead ends which was disappointing but a quick google search got me on the right track

Short and comprehensible

As a new befriender for Mind and someone who suffers depression, I wanted to refresh myself with an overview of the illness and the resources that can be accessed to help in case I was asked. The course did exactly what I needed.

the way depression is been explained is very easy to get to know what is depression and how to deal with it. like any illness its also a illness the only think we need to know how to treat it and deal it
