 We all experience grief at some point in our lives. This can be due to the death of someone we know, the end of a relationship, or loss of a job (among many other things).

In this course we explore the impact of grief on our mental health, and what we can do to help ourselves and others experiencing grief.

This course is not a replacement for professional help for someone in crisis, nor is it a therapy course.

Simple but good insight

Simply explained how people are each affected by grief in different ways and ideas on how to support them in the best way for the situation

We all deal with grief differently, be kind to yourself. Lots of support groups listed

Its ok to not feel you! Take time and be kind to yourself. Adjusting to a loss of a person is very difficult and it can take a long time to build your life around it again. All these words and encouragement are so helpful.
