This course will provide a detailed look into the physical and emotional issues that often accompany Perimenopause and the Menopause, paying particular attention to the impact on a person’s lifestyle, relationships and work.
This training aims to equip participants with a thorough understanding of the concepts and importance of maintaining clear personal and professional boundaries. It covers the types of boundaries that exist, practical scenarios for application, the role of lived experience and self-disclosure, self-care strategies to reduce compassion fatigue, and effective methods for managing and maintaining boundaries as well as handling endings in professional relationships.
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is the non-professional support offered to a person developing poor mental health, experiencing a worsening of an existing mental health condition or in a mental health crisis. This can include in a work, home, or community setting.
