Intro
During this training session you will learn a powerful and practical breathing exercise, which increases awareness of, and works with, the mind-body system to lower stress.
Course Plan
This 1-hour course covers:
- What is mindful breathing?
- What are the benefits of diaphragmatic breathing?
- Our parasympathetic nervous system
- Our autonomic nervous system
- Attention – an emotional need and a resource
- How to do mindful breathing – supported practice in the session
The course is run a on supply and demand basis but at only £25 per person we often get booked up quickly.
This course requires a minimum of 6 participants to run, and has a maximum capacity of 12 participants.
