The Five Ways to Wellbeing are a set of evidence-based public mental health messages, developed by the New Economics Foundation, which aim to improve the mental health and wellbeing of the population.

Research has shown that making changes to the following five areas of your life will have a really positive impact on your mental health.

Read through each section then design a plan to make small changes, feel more positive, and improve your mental health.
