Great resources to help people enjoy the outdoors!

Really enjoyed learning about the benefits of spending time in nature and the course is packed with enjoyable (and many cost free) ideas to promote a stronger and lasting relationship with the natural world!

Lots of resources so make notes!

There are so many ideas in this Ecotherapy course, some obvious but some you may never have even thought about before. Definitely worth doing, and as I mentioned in the headline, there are so so many resources - make some notes!
