- Reflect on how we can create a more inclusive workplace and society
Feedback
The difference between equity and equality was very eye opening
Reflecting on my own views and unconscious biases and also hopefully with us all doing this training we will have a better understanding of how to support our clients and each other with a more open mind
It’s helped me to think outside the box, the struggles/worries that others may have to deal with
This training has developed my awareness around the factors that impact health and wellbeing. Personally it has helped me to reflect on my own bias and judgment. Professionally it will help me in my role to consider the intersectionality of each service user.
