This agreement sets out Mind in West Essex’s terms for providing training services.
Training Provided
Services will be provided as detailed on the relevant course information page. Any variations, amendments or additions must be agreed in writing prior to the date of training delivery.
Please note that training sessions are not to be recorded.
Fees
Fees will be charged as detailed on the relevant course information page. We reserve the right to review the fee if changes or further services are required.
In addition, charges are added for Instructors’ travel expenses, accommodation and refreshments if outside West Essex, and any venue hire costs incurred.
Payment Terms
Payment is required at checkout. Group bookings must be paid within 30 days upon receipt of the invoice.
By paying at checkout or via invoice, you agree to enter a contract with Mind in West Essex according to these terms.
Cancellations and Postponements
Cancellations received within 30 days of the event are liable for the full booking fee. Substitutions can be made at any time without charge. We will do our best to re-arrange bookings if asked to do so. In the event of circumstances beyond its control, Mind in West Essex reserves the right to cancel or amend any training event.
Data Protection
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2018 any personal information we collect about you will be used by our staff (and volunteers) so that they can support you. We will never sell or share your personal information with organisations so that they can contact you for any marketing activities. Nor do we sell any information about your web browsing activity.
