This is a basic anger management awareness workshop delivered over a 2-hour session. It is designed to address the impact of anger on self and others. You will develop a greater understanding of own anger and gain skills in tools and techniques which can help reduce anger.

Spot the Signs is a fully funded 3-hour suicide prevention training designed for GPs, Primary Care Network staff, and voluntary sector employees within Hertfordshire, UK who work with adults. It may also benefit anyone working in health or social care settings. (Please note: this training is not available to those outside the UK.)
