This full-day course aims to:

Session 1

1 Hour 30 Minutes

  • Stress
  • Depression

Session 2

2 Hours

  • Anxiety
  • Suicide
  • Other mental health problems
  • Diversity and mental health
  • Emotional intelligence and resilience
  • Looking after yourself

Session 3

1 Hour 30 Minutes

  • Providing support at work
  • Supporting an employee who is off work unwell
  • Return to work interviews
  • Sources of support

Session 4

1 Hour 15 Minutes

  • The law and reasonable adjustments
  • Mental health and performance
  • Organisational policies
  • Taking stock of wellbeing


This full-day course is delivered to your organisation for £600. 

In addition, charges are added for Instructors’ travel expenses, accommodation and refreshments if outside West Essex, and any venue hire costs incurred.

This course requires a minimum of 6 participants to run, and has a maximum capacity of 12 participants.
